Design Development

Client feedback from the Schematic Design Phase drives modifications to plans, elevations, furnishings and finishes. Drawings, specifications, and finish selections are formalized to validate initial cost estimating and bid the design concepts. A preliminary budget for procurement and installation of furniture and furnishings is also presented at this time.
