As Senior Designer | Innovation she brings nearly a decade of experience to a newly established role that reflects MCA’s commitment to staying ahead of the ever-evolving design landscape. Her focus on innovation depicts a passion for finding new technologies, staying on trend, and optimizing work processes.
Sara previously served as a Senior Designer at MCA for several years. She brings a wealth of experience to her new role providing dedicated resources for innovation across departments, including design, operations, technology, and business development. With a keen eye for emerging technologies, she leads special projects, such as the development of a custom furniture line, showcasing MCA’s creativity and commitment to bespoke design solutions.
Sara also delves into research and attends conferences and webinars to ensure MCA remains at the forefront of design innovation. She participates in a number of committees and trains staff on new technologies to enhance workflow efficiency without compromising the high standards of design excellence for which MCA is nationally known. Sara also works collaboratively to break down silos and reduce bottlenecks.
Beyond internal enhancements, Sara brings substantial value to clients by spearheading programs and features tailored to specific markets, setting MCA’s clients apart from the competition. Her commitment to MCA’s design fundamentals remains steadfast. From crafting whitescapes to reviewing design concepts, she ensures that excellence permeates every facet of the design process.
Sara received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University where she graduated magna cum laude.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the office she loves to travel and experience new cultures and design styles. She also enjoys hanging out with friends and grabbing drinks or just curling up with a good book.
