Rachel Ward brings nearly 20 years of award-winning experience as a licensed real estate assistant to this critical role for MCA’s office. Recently revamped, the position now includes greater responsibilities well-suited for Rachel’s unique background. Her extensive administrative and project coordination skills complement her attention to detail and focus on excellence. Also serving as front-desk agent, Rachel shares her enthusiasm, passion for service, and relationship-building know-how in interactions with clients, vendors and other MCA stakeholders.

 

In addition to managing the office’s day-to-day activities and serving as a notary, Rachel provides extensive administrative support to MCA’s executive leadership team. She also assists the firm’s finance, operations, procurement and marketing groups. Rachel thrives on the new role’s versality and growth opportunities. She recently assumed new social media responsibilities where her knack for dynamic communication enhances MCA’s continued growth.

 

Rachel’s work contributions garnered recognition in previous positions at Rubloff Inc. and @properties. These include being named Best Assistant by Chicago Agent Magazine and receiving a Licensed Assistant Outstanding Achievement Award from @properties.

 

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Visual Communication from Loyola University Chicago. She is a Notary Public for the State of Illinois and a member of the American Notaries Association.

 

Away from the bustle of the office, Rachel enjoys tackling home improvement projects, visiting local breweries, spending time with friends and family, and reading.
