Michelle Macinga

Designer

Michelle brings unique design skills and understanding of FFE to MCA’s design team. She works with other designers on a variety of projects including multifamily, model homes, and student housing. Actively involved in every stage of the design process, she capitalizes on MCA’s state-of-the-art resources as well as those in Chicago such as the Merchandise Mart, to dive into each project and make it one-of-a-kind.

 

Michelle carefully attends to details and deadlines with a keen understanding of a project’s goals and objectives. She actively engages with colleagues and vendors to add value to her design skills and regularly participates in MCA training and development to develop the most effective design solutions.

 

Her prior experience includes participating in residential design and client facing work and gaining knowledge of successful FFE applications and furniture construction processes.

 

She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Kent State University in Kent, OH.

 

Away from the office Michelle likes to thrift/go antiquing, attend live music events and ballet performances. She also enjoys running, traveling, and hanging out with her cat, family and friends.
