Matt Szawiola

Matt brings proven hands-on experience and installation know how to MCA that includes a knack for managing people and the FF&E process. With a focus on multi-family projects, he supports all facets of the installation process including monitoring delivery of furnishings to the site, reviewing inventory to ensure the quality and condition of each item, troubleshooting issues, and completing installation according to plan. He readily rolls up his sleeves to get the job done right and on time.

 

Prior to joining MCA, Matt worked in framing and residential home construction in the greater Chicago area. His carpentry skills coupled with a natural aptitude for interior designs were honed during previous stints providing installation and home staging services.

 

Matt attended John Paul II Technical in Polanica-Zdroj, Poland where he earned a degree in hospitality and tourism.

 

He unwinds from work by spending time outside enjoying sports, bicycling rollerblading, swimming, and gardening.
