Mackenzie brings two years of design experience and a passion for creating spaces that help people live better to the MCA design team. In her role as Designer, she helps project teams design high-impact interiors for multifamily residences and model homes.
Inspired by MCA’s energetic and innovative culture, Mackenzie takes pride and ownership in developing designs that stand apart from the competition. She collaborates with other designers in applying the 7 fundamentals of design to create interiors that showcase results and exceed client expectations.
Prior to joining MCA, Mackenzie worked in residential design for a year at a Chicago area firm and interned in higher education design at Michigan State University.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
A resident of Chicago’s Lake View neighborhood, Mackenzie enjoys painting and candle making, going to the see ballet and live music performance and exploring the City’s Asian cuisine with friends. During the summer, she spends time with her family on their boat in northern Michigan.
