Jaben Temple brings six years of diverse design experience and architectural know-how to MCA’s projects. His proficiency in overseeing the complete design cycle is rooted in skillful handling of multiple aspects of a project including 3D modeling and rendering, project management, and full design documentation. He relishes starting with a shell, developing a plan, integrating a design aesthetic, and executing a project to final installation of art and accessories. As Senior Project Designer he leads all facets of projects and steers design from start to finish ensuring collaboration and a smooth and successful process.
Jaben joined MCA in 2018 as a Project Designer. His on-target designs coupled with his inherent management abilities led to his advancement as a project lead and current role as Senior Project Designer. His concentration on multi-family projects is complemented by work on clubhouses, model homes, and student housing projects throughout several geographic markets.
Prior to joining MCA, Jaben served as Architectural Designer for Skidmore Owings and Merrill (S.O.M.) where he worked on a range of multi-disciplinary projects in Chicago, Asia and the Middle East. His experience included design competitions, large scale residential, mixed-use, and cultural sites, as well as commercial properties.
Jaben received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ball State University and a Master of Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology.
His passion for trying new places, new food, and new cocktails, typically lands him out to dinner with friends when out of the office. He spends weekends with his dog at his hip exploring the city.
