Ann Marie brings two decades of experience in real estate and interior design to serving MCA clients and managing a variety of day-to-day operational functions. Her understanding of what clients and teams need throughout the life cycle of a project stems from proven experience in marketing, sales and leasing, construction, design, procurement and the business side of successful project management.
The Senior Client Manager | Procurement position is a newly developed role designed to elevate MCA’s commitment to adding value with robust procurement services. In her new leadership capacity, Ann Marie will serve as the direct point of contact for all client communication on procurement issues including budgets, deposits, and post installation questions. In addition to continuing to develop proposals and change orders for all FF&E projects, she will closely monitor any unforeseen procurement issues that may arise and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner with a focus on streamlining quick turnaround processes and procedures. She will also continue to identify new vendors and supervise the Office Coordinator.
Ann Marie began her tenure at MCA in 2019 as Operations Coordinator. Her can-do attitude and ability to bring order to the complex moving parts of multiple projects resulted in noticeable improvements that earned her prior promotion to Manager of Business Operations in 2021. Prior to joining MCA, Ann Marie served as a real estate broker and project manager for regional and national real estate groups. She also worked as a designer on new home construction.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Art Business from Elmhurst University and holds a Illinois Real Estate Broker License.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the office, Ann Marie enjoys cooking and baking for her family, especially her two sons. When she and her husband are not tackling home renovation projects together, they can be found at the sailing beach or enjoying a night out with good friends.
