Studio life

Our studio approach provides an ideal framework for collaboration and shared contributions. Directors lead a team of design professionals through interior architecture and plan development, material and FF+E selection, project management, and onsite installation to deliver exceptional results that maximize the talents of all. Paid Time Off

 

Paid Leave
Paid Leave provide employees with flexible paid time off from work that can used for needs such as vacation, personal or family illness, doctor appointments, school, volunteerism, religious holidays, and other activities of the employee’s choice. Employees are eligible to take accrued paid leave it is earned.

 

Company Holidays
Eight (8) paid company holidays

 

Insurance
Eligibility begins on the 1st of the month after completing two (2) full months of employment.

 

Medical + Dental Insurance
MCA offers health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) for health and Guardian for dental.  Two of the BCBS plans are eligible for health savings accounts.

 

Basic Life / AD&D and
Long-Term Disability Insurance
MCA offers these policies at no cost to employee.

 

401k Plan
Employees become eligible to participate in the 401K Plan on the 1st of the month after completing six (6) full months of employment.  MCA matches employee contributions up to 4% of compensation.

 

Incentive Compensation Program
MCA’s Incentive Compensation Plan aims to motivate employees and align their efforts with the company’s financial and strategic goals. When MCA performs well financially, it contributes to an Incentive Pool. Bonuses are then distributed to employees from this pool based on a combination of allocated Incentive Pool Shares and discretionary factors. Share allocation depends on each employee’s role within the company.
