Our team of more than two dozen designers and architects are strategic, imaginative and skilled at designing a wide variety of spaces that respond to the demographic, geographic and lifestyle influences of target markets. We have extensive design experience with Multifamily, Student Housing, Model Homes, Senior Housing, Golf and Yacht Club, Hospitality and various other commercial projects.

We are looking to add talented designers with the drive to create stunning designs that make an impact. Our Designers work on all aspects of project design, from space planning and floor plan development to furniture, finishes, and material selections. You will participate in client presentations, on-site installations, and special industry events. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, design, and execute interiors of both residential and commercial buildings.
  • Formulate designs which are aesthetically compelling, functional + practical, and conducive to their intended purposes, such as inspiring culture, raising productivity, or improving lifestyle.
  • Develop and produce design documentation in AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate logistical project elements such as sample ordering + organization, furniture selection and specification, lighting + material selection and specification, vendor correspondence, and a variety of other project-oriented tasks.
  • Travel with presentations, site visits, and installation of projects.
  • Assist in the management of budgets and timelines for project.

  • Team Player
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
  • Studio Designer software experience preferred
  • Multi-unit residential experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field
  • Graphic Design Experience a plus
  • 3-5 years’ experience using the above skill set
  • Travel 10%
