Leah Beining

Designer

Leah brings established interior design experience in residential, student housing, clubhouse, and hospitality work to MCA. As Designer, she applies her passion for context-driven design to every aspect of a project from concept through installation. She works closely with senior designers, consultants, and vendors to ensure cohesive, thoughtfully executed spaces that balance functionality, brand identity, and a hospitality feel.

Her skills in developing design presentations, producing detailed drawing sets, building 3D models, and coordinating FF&E selections, provide a strong technical foundation. Coupled with her collaborative approach, and well-developed communication style, Leah places a high priority on delivering projects that exceed expectations.

Prior to joining MCA, Leah worked at Studio K Creative in Chicago where she developed comprehensive FF&E packages, developed interior palettes, and regularly traveled to project sites to conduct punch list walkthroughs and oversee furniture installation and art direction. She collaborated on restaurant designs for award-winning chefs and developed accessory design for major corporations.

She also worked at Drury Designs in Green Bay, WI where she contributed to the design and construction management of custom homes and restaurants throughout the greater Door County area. In addition, Leah participated in specialized historic preservation training and worked on the renovation of many homes and businesses within Green Bay’s historic district.

Leah received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. She enjoys drawing, painting, traveling, and trying new food in her free time.
