He executes all project phases and documentation, and oversees FF&E specifications, construction, and installation to ensure every detail meets design requirements and exceeds client expectations.

Christian began his career in Barcelona, Spain and relocated to Chicago in 2021. Prior to joining MCA, he worked as an Interior Designer and Project Manager, leading projects from the initial conceptualization stage through construction oversight.

During his time in Barcelona, he received first place in the 2019 University Ground Floor Design Competition at Llotja Advance School of Art and Design for his design of a partial remodel of Llotja University’s ground floor, including the university’s administrative spaces, reception area, and main entrance. He is trilingual, fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from ESDAP Llotja (Llotja Advance School of Art and Design) in Barcelona, Spain.

Christian is always thinking about his next cup of coffee and loves discovering new cafes and restaurants around the city. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, their dog, and friends as well as working out, making pottery, traveling, going to concerts, and finding ways to stay connected to his culture and Hispanic heritage in Chicago.
