Located in the heart of Wynwood, a vibrant, up and coming neighborhood of Miami, this development brings new energy to the rental fabric of the area. MCA’s design approach for FFE selection, procurement and installation is rooted in the area’s bold, graphic, and colorful spirit. Wynwood’s iconic murals and graphic installations served as an ideal canvas to refine the inspired palette for interior use, and the team used FFE as a tool to further define the amenity programming and bring uniqueness and diversity to a sprawling amenity footprint.
