MCA’s new ‘Built to Spec’ booth at the recent InterFace Student Housing conference made a huge splash with energized, curious crowds clamoring to check out our exciting and innovative student housing furnishings solution.

• Surrounded by furniture unlike anything found in a catalog, and fresh off the manufacturing floor, visitors mingled at new tables, and got comfy in high quality sofas and chairs, all designed by MCA and built by Morgan Li.

• They checked out a new behind-the-scenes video featuring Mary, Josh and Morgan Li President Jonathan Rosenbran describing how Built to Spec works from design to manufacturing to installation.

• MCA team members chatted with guests about the impact Built to Spec can make in differentiating properties from the competition by delivering high impact and real R.O.E® (Return on Environment).

• For the first time in student housing furnishings, MCA showed how Built to Spec living room and bedroom pieces, kitchen islands, and counter stools, can cost effectively deliver style, impact, and durability resulting in more leases, more renewals, and more value.
