Kim Brownfield brings more than a decade of procurement management experience to MCA’s newly established role, reflecting our commitment to delivering procurement solutions on time and under budget. With proven skills in all areas of sourcing FF&E including vendor quotes, budgets, scheduling, installations and client communication, she provides oversight of MCA’s procurement department with a focus on implementing processes and improving operations.
Prior to joining MCA, Kim held two positions at IIG Design, an Indiana-based full-service interior design firm serving hospitality, restaurants and bars, and multi-family and commercial projects. During her tenure with IIG she served as Senior Procurement Project Manager and Director of Operations where she provided in-house and on-site procurement project management and oversight of day-to-day operations. She also previously served as Business Manager for Kaufman Segal Design, LTD in Chicago.
Kim completed studies at Purdue University Calumet.
She spends most of her free time with her husband and their three dogs. She enjoys hosting parties and events for her friends, 10 sisters and two brothers and their families. She can often be found camping, sitting poolside, seeing live bands perform, reading a good novel, watching documentaries and painting. She also collects vintage tea pots and garden gnomes.
